The certified wiping of data and confidential company information from your equipment is not enough in itself. For auditing purposes, you also need proof that the data has been correctly deleted. This applies not only to the hardware that is reused or sold but also to hardware that can no longer be used. Furthermore, if hardware can no longer be used, you are required to submit an environmental statement.

Data removal in our service centre or at your premises
Using a controlled operational process, HB ensures 100% secure destruction of all company data stored on the data carriers of the equipment concerned (servers, laptops, notebooks, desktops or separately delivered hard drives). We can delete your company data either at our service centre in Nieuwegein (the most economical option) or on your premises.
With on-site deletion of data, our specialists will come to you and remove all data from your data-carrying hardware using Blancco’s globally-certified data removal software. If you choose to have your data removed at HB’s site, our specialists will collect the equipment from your premises and take it to our secure service centre in Nieuwegein.

Blancco uses state-of-the-art removal techniques. For each data carrier, you will receive a detailed report/data removal certificate, which is your guarantee that the data has been correctly deleted.

We carry out our data removal services not only on desktops, laptops, notebooks, smartphones and tablets but also on servers and storage area networks (SAN).
After data removal using Blancco software certified by the AIVD and other organisations, we can also take care of the installation or reinstallation of your software image, for example, when IT equipment is reused.
