Logistics and installation

All in all, rolling out, migrating or relocating workstations is a lot of work that your department usually has to do on the side.

For us, it’s daily work. We know how to do it smartly. You no longer need to hold hardware the hardware in your own hands.

We handle hardware deliveries, migrations and relocations.

  • We deliver the hardware completely configured at the workplace, at the user’s home or from a (temporary) point of distribution.

  • We dispose of old workstations directly and safely for you.

Logistics and installation services:

  • Warehousing

We take care of your IT equipment for you and keep stock records. Your equipment is stored securely and insured with us until it is issued.

  • Delivery in special containers

Your IT equipment is repackaged in special transport containers. The original packaging is disposed of responsibly by us. Then the IT equipment is delivered to you in convenient rolling containers.

  • Pre-configuration
Before delivery, we provide your hardware with your own image. We install your image on your PCs, including the desired operating system, applications, printer and other drivers, and configuration of permissions.
  • Device Management registration
Microsoft Intune /Autopilot/Whiteglove/Apple DEP/Samsung Knox registration
  • Hardware distribution on location

We set up a distribution point at a location of your choice. Users can pick up their new IT equipment here and, if necessary, return the old one. You will always receive a comprehensive CMDB report.

  • Delivery to your office or home
Even easier? We deliver the equipment directly to the end user in their office or department. Yes, we even deliver the new laptop or PC to the end user’s home, ready to use. Old equipment can be returned immediately if desired. Moreover, you will always receive an extensive CMDB report.
  • Placing and connecting devices in the workplace
Placing and connecting PC or laptop on the workstation. We also connect the monitor(s) and fix and bundle the cables with Velcro. Your user can get back to work with minimal delay.
  • Delivery to end user's home address

With HB’s Home-Office Pack, new business laptops and accessories are delivered to your home, ready to use and IT-ready.

  • Relocations
We disconnect your PCs, monitors and servers, pack them securely and reconnect them neatly for you at the new location.
For mobile devices, we also offer the weekend swap.
  • 100% secure data removal

Data disposal at your or our location. This allows you to comply with legal requirements such as e.g. GDPR/AVG. HB offers you the assurance that your data is confidentially and 100% completely removed from your old equipment. We use Blancco certified data erasure software for this purpose.

  • Structured disposal of surplus IT equipment
Surplus or old IT equipment? We take the logistical hassle and sale or donation of old equipment off your hands. This is done in a structured manner,100% safely and environmentally responsible.
